What happens if the garments dont fit?

There are sizing charts available on the site here for various brands. However if you are unsure about something just call us on 0403 825 908 and we will help you measure up.
Either way, if you find it doesnt fit once you try it on just send it back to us and we'll replace it with another for you.
Check with us first in case we can just pick it up from you (locally only).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

That depends where you are.
If the order is going by post within Australia its usually 3-5 business days. If it's a local delivery it's usually same day or the next day.
If its an international order we have had reports back from customers of 3-5 days. However this can vary depending on the local delivery methods.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Any unused products may be returned within 7 days, no worries. Please contact us for details.

Special orders are very welcome.
In most cases this is as straightforward as letting us know what your after and we'll source it for you and let you know the details.
If something is a little harder to come by still let us know. We like a challenge and chances are that it could be great info to share with other Furry Kids as well.
