By placing an order with Furry Kids, it is accepted that youhave read and understood the following terms and conditions:

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase is quite simple. Just create an account byregistering on the home page, then just browse our catalogue, and click on 'Addto cart' to add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After youhave finished browsing, click 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a fewdetails that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can also place yourorder by email to furryfriends@furrykids.com.au.

Payment Options

We accept Visa and Mastercard or direct deposit. We alsoaccept payment by cash on delivered locally or picked up.

Credit Card Security

The security of your personal details, particularly thoserelating to your credit card, is imperative to our professional operation. Weadhere to strict rules relating to the use and storage of credit card details.All credit card details are encrypted when the order is placed.

Returns or exchange Policy of the products is subject to anumber of requirements:

All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

All products must be unopened

All products must be undamaged

** Special orders and freight are non-refundable

Goods being returned remain your property and responsibilityuntil received by us. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt.  You will be responsible for shipping theunwanted or faulty items back to us and are liable for all freightcharges.  Any returns that are receivedoutside of these terms will not be accepted. Details of where to send your itemwill be provided

Cancelling An Order

Order cancellations can be made by telephone and e-mailuntil the order has shipped. However, we operate a very quick turnaroundbusiness. Most orders are shipped within hours of the order being placed,normally on the same day. Once the order has shipped, our normal returns orexchange policy (above) will apply.

Human Children

Furry Kids does not sell products for human children. Wesell Furry Kids (Cats & Dogs) products for purchase by adults. If you areunder 18, you may use Furry Kids only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Changes To Specifications

Manufacturers may change the specifications of theirproducts without notice. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of theproduct specifications, this is not always possible.

Tax Charges

All prices on our website are inclusive of  GST.

Statutory Rights

These terms and condition do not affect your statutoryrights. If any single term or part thereof is found to be illegal, all otherterms remain applicable.
