 Furry Kids knows thatyou care how information about you is used, and we appreciate your trust thatwe will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy.By visiting Furry Kids, you are accepting the practices described in this PrivacyNotice.

What Personal Information About Customers Does Furry Kids gather?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalizeand continually improve your shopping experience at Furry Kids. Here are thetypes of information we gather.

Information You Give Us:

We receive and store any information you enter on our Website or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certaininformation, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of ourfeatures. E-mail Communications:

To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, weoften receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from Furry Kids if yourcomputer supports such capabilities. We also compare our customer list to listsreceived from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessarymessages to our customers. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mailfrom us, please adjust your account to reflect this by selecting unsubscribedin the newsletters menu.

Information from Other Sources:

For reasons such as improving personalization of our service(for example, providing better product recommendations or special offers thatwe think will interest you), we might receive information about you from othersources and add it to our account information. We also sometimes receiveupdated delivery and address information from our shippers or other sources sothat we can correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communicationmore easily.

What About Cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer toyour computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems torecognize your browser and to provide features such as automatic login andpermanent shopping carts for storage of items in your Shopping Cart betweenvisits.

Does Furry Kids Share the Information It Receives?

Information about our customers is an important part of ourbusiness, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We sharecustomer information only with the subsidiaries Furry Kids controls and asdescribed below.

Agents:

We employ other companies and individuals to performfunctions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, deliveringpackages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information fromcustomer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processingcredit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access topersonal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it forother purposes.

Promotional Offers:

Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of Furry Kids customerson behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that businessyour name and address. If you do not want to receive such offers, please adjustyour account newsletter preference as that is how we will send out ourpromotions.

Business Transfers:

As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buystores or assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is oneof the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that Furry Kids,or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will ofcourse be one of the transferred assets.

We work to protect the security of your information duringtransmission. Furry Kids protects your privacy and information by using software,which encrypts information you input. It is important for you to protectagainst unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure tosign off when you finish using a shared computer.

Furry Kids gives you access to the following informationabout you for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updatingthat information. This list will change as our Web site evolves.

What Choices Do I Have?

As discussed above, you can always choose not to provideinformation, even though it might be needed to make a purchase or to takeadvantage of such Furry Kids features as Automatic login, and permanentshopping carts. You can add or update certain information on pages such asthose listed in the "My Account" pages. When you update information,we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records. If you do not wantto receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your account to reflectthis in the newsletter menu.

Human Children

Furry Kids does not sell products for human children. Wesell Furry Kids (Cats & Dogs) products for purchase by adults. If you areunder 18, you may use Furry Kid sonly with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to visit Furry Kids, your visit and anydispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use,including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application ofthe law. If you have any concern about privacy at Furry Kids, please send us athorough description to furryfriends@furrykids.com.au and we will try toresolve it. Our business changes constantly. This Notice and the Conditions ofUse will change also, and use of information that we gather now is subject tothe Privacy Notice in effect at the time of use.
